In January 2026, CEO Mark Van Buren assembled a virtual executive team of AI agents — each with deep domain expertise in A&R, marketing, production, legal, streaming, and creative services. What started as an experiment in AI-native business quickly became something more: a functioning record label, signing artists, producing music, and building the infrastructure to compete with the majors.
